Larry Hagner is on a mission to Elevate Fatherhood, by providing fathers with resources, tools, and strategies that give them the Dad Edge. He is a grateful husband and father of four boys.
Best known for his podcast (The Good Dad Project), Larry is also a bestselling author and creator of the Dad Edge Community.
After launching the Dad Edge Alliance Membership group in 2017, Larry was constantly asked “when are you going to put on a live event so this amazing group can come together in person?”
And so, the Dad Edge Accelerator Intensive 2023 was born in St.Louis – and it was unbelievable!
Each year, Larry has expanded to make sure that every person who attends can maximize the impact of the event long after it is over – and invited not one, but two certified facilitators to create an event worth remembering!
JEFF BOUWMAN
Jeff Bouwman is an author, speaker, leadership expert, and the Founder and President of Adaptive Growth Systems. He is also a Mastermind facilitator for the Dad Edge Accelerator Community and a serial entrepreneur!
As a CPA and Certified Facilitator and Practitioner in Appreciative Inquiry, Jeff has designed and delivered events in a variety of large (high stake) situations. Jeff’s background in business systems, sales, leadership, and strategic thinking has provided him with the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most forward-thinking company’s. Jeff is passionate about changing the way in which individuals, organizations, and communities identify and execute the goals that matter most!!
JASON MCKENZIE
Jason is an expert in developing leaders who drive positive change at home, at work, and in the world. He’s also an author and highly regarded facilitator who helps organizations unlock and unleash their collective intelligence in the pursuit of the goals that matter most.
Jason is married and the dad of two teenage daughters and the walker of two wonderful golden retrievers.
He’s the author of a successful book on fatherhood and vulnerability.
He’s also a questionable and committed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu player.
